- Answer Yes most HP laptops have a TPM chip. I checked the 5-year-old Pavilion I am using and it has TPM 2.0.

- Answer Same exact issue. It seems to be a big problem with HP's version of the 2060. And they won't help unless you ship the entire PC to them as it came. So this isn't really a good gaming machine. I added power and cooling, and I'm not reverting my work.

- Answer This PC only has one part that has RGB lighting which is the 16 gb of ram nothing else has RGB. Meaning the two sticks arent very annoying to deal with in terms of lighting.

QuestionThe GPU is unbranded and I have had black screens and restarts every time I run a game that is somewhat demanding. I replaced the PSU, had same issue. Then put my rx480 in it and problems are gone. So if anyone has the same issues look for a new GPU.
