• A:Answer check if your mouse is plugged in properly and if your monitor is working also with the monitor you can try using a different hdmi cable/displayport cable if none of that works start trying to look up trouble shooting videos and call hp support you can also try resetting the ram (pulling them out and back in)

Q: QuestionI have seen many youtube videos with people changing or adding fans inside the case due to temps, what are the general/overall temps of the CPU and GPU. If this information is unavailable to provide would you recommend adding more fans?

• A:Answer The one I purchased according to omen command center the gpu stays around 87°F at idle and I’ve seen it go up to 93°F under load and the cpu stays around 150°F and that was under the normal fan load
