Apparently not. Mine has been in the HP shop for almost a month. The processor went bad after 5 weeks. Apparently, the Motherboard will not allow any substitute or upgrade, as they are waiting on an exact replacement. It is unavailable, and They have informed me that it will take over a month for the processor to arrive. Purchase something else! Not HP.

Please try again later.Sounds like everyone is having problems with the motherboard just like i did.... ended up getting the bluescreen of death and when i took it to a repair shop they told me the motherboard was corrupted from the manufacturer so thanks for that HP, how hasnt this been fixed yet? I ended up taking everything out and getting an ASUS motherboard now everything works good
