• Pao, thank you for your question about upgrading the graphics card in this HP Omen 40L! It comes equipped with a 600W power supply. The RTX 4070 calls for at least a 650W power supply and the 4090 requires at least an 850W unit. Yes, you will need to change out the power supply on this to upgrade the graphics card.
