“I turned the PC on and it was just a black screen, i was told to install the Windows 11 OS. Upon reading these it says it is pre-installed. How do i get it to start up and use it?”

• Make sure you have your hdmi or display port cable plugged into the graphics card ports and not the motherboard ports
