Yes, you can get a PCIe "riser" that allows you to connect multiple PCIe card. Please note that you're then sharing the PCIe bandwidth and lanes between multiple cards, so it will very likely affect the performance of the cards-particularly if one of them is a video card, which likes to take as much bandwith as possible.
