QuestionWhat can I upgrade in this computer apart from Ram and Storage? I have had this computer for a few months now but am not very knowledgeable on computers.

- Answer Beside ram and storage this computer has a high end graphics card and high end processor, but there are newer ones. You could probably get NVIDIA GeForce Rtx 4090 for the graphics card, and a ryzen 9 for a new processor I’m pretty sure those are the most up to date ones. I would look for other answers too though, I’m not quite sure what this computer can hold.

- Answer All you should need is a usb port and you can get an adapter on amazon for about 5$. This has plenty of usb ports

- Answer I haven't heard complaints about the fan being loud, so I'd say it's not normal if it genuinely is loud. I'd return it for another one. But keep in mind that if that computer is running at the same volume, it's almost certainly just the normal amount of fan noise.

- Answer Hello Courtney, thank you for your question. You can check the requirements for the software you would like to use by looking up the system requirements for it from the publisher's website. You will want to make sure that the device you want to use it on meets the minimum requirements. Updates and modifications can impact what settings you can run the software on or if you can use the software at all. However, this device will be more than adequate to play the Sims 4 on, as well as having plenty of space for your custom content.

QuestionI’m having an issue with restarting this pc. Every time I go to restart it I get a screen that says no signal. The pc is still running but keyboard is not lit up. I’ve tried many different things but can’t find a solution. Does anyone know how to fix?

- Answer Make sure you select PC icon from the main menu of your TV monitor, assuming your HDMI cable is functioning. I had the same problem when I first started using this HP with a new TV/monitor. Good luck!

QuestionI bought this tower today and added 32 GB of the Vengeance rgb ddr5 RAM and am curious how to install it. It will be arriving tomorrow and Id like to know the process to make this adjustment. Do I just add them in the slots? Do I need to configure? Thanks
