“Would i be able to change my CPU for somwthing like a i7-12700 and my gpu for a 3080-4070 with the same PSU and fans? If not what upgrades for the PsU and fans would you recommend? Lastly, can i drop my pc off at geek squad and have they put it in?”

Upgrading the CPU would be no problem. But the 3080 card requires a 750 watt PSU, and this computer has a 600 watt.
