I've reached out to Best Buy and HP about this and gotten the same answer: "We don't know." There is no confirmed or rumored launch date at this time. They won't even confirm if it'll be a morning, afternoon, or evening launch. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is check the product page randomly and hope for the best. This was mishandled by Best Buy and HP; probably went up way too early.
