• It does have liquid cooling for the cpu, but you cannot manually control the fans, so the cpu can still get pretty toasty.

• Yes, it is liquid cooled. The CPU temperatures may be somewhat higher than a lot of people expect, but they're not really close to the point that it would be a problem
