“I just bought this 2 weeks ago from bestbuy brand new ,and now it beeps 8 times upon startup and is not displaying anything on the monitor ,took out the ram and put it back in ,no results ,then took out the battery and put it back in ,no results,need help”

I'm sorry that you have experienced this issue. I recommend reaching out to HP Support or the Geek Squad at Best Buy so they can assist you. They have access to more tools to assist you.
