Yes, but not "too hot". This machine's a beast, and like anything or anyone else, it works up a little sweat goin' out there kickin' a**. ;)~

It really doesn't run any hotter than other desktops in this category. "Runs hot" is subjective and is going to depend on exactly what you're doing with the computer, but computers are very good at making sure they don't get hot beyond what they're designed to handle.
