Yes, this mouse is a good mouse for people with small hands. I myself have small hands and it works very well.

Their hands are smaller than mine, since they are young kiddos. Best buy gives you 14 days to return it. Try it out, if you don't like it you can return it. It's a very nice mouse, and its excellent for gaming and normal use.
