• Thank you for the question. There are no user-serviceable RAM slots on the Omen Transcend 14-fb0013dx. The 14" is manufactured with 16GB or 32GB soldered RAM.

• Your understanding is incorrect. It has completely soldered memory which is LPDDR5X. LPDDR memory is always soldered.
