Any wireless mouse should work with this laptop. We use a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard, which are nothing exotic. They're connected to the laptop by way of a Targus USB hub, which plugs into one of the laptop's USB-C ports. Most wireless peripherals also can connect via Bluetooth, so that should be a way to go that avoids a USB-A vs. USB-C issue.
