Hello and thank you for asking. The HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14-fh0033dx/ Copilot+ laptop computer does not inclue a digital pen. It can be purchased separetly.

No, it doesn't. You can buy the HP 700 separately or use any pen that is Microsoft Pen Protocol, like the Surface Pen. I have to HP 700 and love it.
