“My laptop is not turning on. Normally, when I lift to top open and touch the space bar it is on but not today so I have been charging it for an hour and it is not coming on although the light at the top right is on , my trap top is not on.”

it’s done this to me twice. i’ve hard reset it (unplugging, holding the power button for 15 seconds, plug it back in)
