• Thank you for the question. No, the RAM is onboard and can't be increased. You'd want to order the laptop with the RAM you'd prefer. Yes, you can switch the SSD for one with more capacity. You can also connect an external SSD via USB.

• No the ram cannot be upgraded. This is a design limitation for the cpu architecture. The ssd can be upgraded.
