“I've owned this PC for a couple months, and it has now locked up with a blue screen 'restart' message. It will do NOTHING........It just sits and does nothing even after hitting "enter" "ESC", Or powering off and on again?????? How do I get around this???”

Try pressing and holding down the Power button for 10 seconds to turn it off. Then, turn it back on. If that doesn't clear the problem maybe contact the Geek squad for tech support. It comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
