Hi Tania. I'm sorry but I don't have a great answer for you about this. You can do many things with the Cortana virtual assistant using your voice, but you would need some kind of voice device(assistive technology) to completely control this or any other Windows PC with only your voice. There are many third-party devices that can assist with voice commands, but the computer itself can just launch some programs and allow you to speak to enter text, but it uses a combination of mouse/touchscreen to get there.
