“Looking at the memory size question, another site says the memory is not removable or upgradeable, yet it says above that you can pull out the 2X4GB sticks and insert up to 16 or 32 GB of memory. What is the truth? Also, is the 256GB SSD replaceable? Thx”

Hi Kim, thank you for the question. The Pavilion 15-EG0079NR laptop has two ram slots, but they are not user accessible. That typically means they are soldered to the motherboard. The upgrade of ram and the SSD are best made by a certified technician.
