A:Answer Yes, you can. I prefer windows 7 over 8 however, unless you have a windows 7 key and cd laying around, it may not be worth downgrading. Windows 10 should be releasing in 2015, and is supposed to be superior to both 7 & 8, and will be available to those with Windows 8 at a discounted rate.
I would suggest trying to stick it out with Windows 8 until then, (its really not that bad once you get used to it). But, if you can't bare it, then you would need to purchase a windows 7 cd/key and reinstall windows.
