QuestionIn the specification, it says the Number Of Memory Slots is 2. Assuming the 8gb ram is soldered, can I put another 8gb ram and make it 16gb?

- Answer Hi Sanders, thank you for the question. The Pavilion 14-ek0013dx official HP specification indicates that the memory is "onboard", meaning soldered. There is one slot, occupied by an 8GB stick. While it can be upgraded, due to the Li-ion battery, we suggest that all upgrades be performed by professional technicians.

- Answer This unit comes with Windows 11 Home in S Mode. Depending on the software setup the dash cam uses is what you would need to look into. It would depend on the software requirements which you can find from the developer's or the manufacturer's website. Make sure that this unit has the recommended specifications for it. The other thing you will likely have to do is turn off S Mode which will lower the security of this unit.

- Answer On the Best Buy site if you click on Specifications and look under Dimension, you can find the size of the unit. Product Height 0.74 inches Product Width 12.68 inches Product Depth 8.27 inches, the height being when the model is closed.
