“Hello, I asked about the camera privacy feature on this laptop and I got a response saying “slide the camera privacy key located right above the camera.”. My laptop does not have this privacy key. There is no key or button around the camera. It’s smooth.”

With this particular listing/product it does seem to be missing the privacy shutter. On the manual it comes with it shows the various features that come with this model and notes that *some features may differ model to model*. I have also purchased this laptop and noticed how everyone seemed to have one but me; it's the model, it does not have a privacy shutter unfortunately.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did not come with one. The HP user guide indicates the privacy cover is "select products only". This was a big disappointment for me and it seems like false advertising to advertise it as included.
