QuestionIs it a metal or plastic laptop

- Answer Yes. It is made of both. It appears to be a brushed metal on the interior & the exterior also has a metallic appearance. However, a laptop made completely of metal would most likely be weight prohibitive in this price range. This laptop does a good job of making the overall appearance consistent & metallic. It is my understanding that the exterior cover is metal, recycled aluminum & the plastic components are recycled "ocean bound plastics'.

QuestionWhat is the speed of each of the usb ports? The listed specifications say that each is just a slow level 2.0 port. But there is a picture that says all 3 ports are "Super-Speed". Please clarify!

QuestionHello, I asked about the camera privacy feature on this laptop and I got a response saying “slide the camera privacy key located right above the camera.”. My laptop does not have this privacy key. There is no key or button around the camera. It’s smooth.

- Answer With this particular listing/product it does seem to be missing the privacy shutter. On the manual it comes with it shows the various features that come with this model and notes that *some features may differ model to model*. I have also purchased this laptop and noticed how everyone seemed to have one but me; it's the model, it does not have a privacy shutter unfortunately.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, you can upgrade the storage capacity. 2TB drives are fairly common on the market. NVME M.2 SSD drives are typically 22 millimeters wide and 60 mm or 80 mm long. You can also leave the installed SSD intact and connect an external drive. Please reach out to Best Buy directly for guidance in changing the SSD. Memory cannot be expanded - it's soldered to the motherboard.
