• You can play PS4 with this monitor with HDMI connection. You need to use external speakers for sound. This monitor does not have built in speakers.

• Good question. It will connect to the PS4 via HDMI, however, since this monitor doesn't have built in speakers, you won't get sound through the HDMI cable. You will only get video. In order to get sound, you will have to hook up speakers using the Optical Audio Out port. This will require extra cables and adapters.
