• Hopefully you have found it by now. But it is in the mouse. Remove the top of the mouse and it should be there...

• Agreed with this question - same on our end. The dongle is not inside the mouse (the dongle slot is empty), nor is it plugged anywhere into any visible USB ports on the computer. But both the mouse and keyboard are successfully connected to the computer.
