“I am having an issue with the audio. This is my second desktop in 5 days and the audio is muffled. I was given a replacement and the audio is the same. I do not want to box up the desktop to take back if it can be resolved this way.”

• Hey, I had the same issue the second day I had mine (got it on 12/31). I found an HP article that told me to go into the audio settings and deselect Enhanced audio. That fixed the issue. Hope this helps.
