- Answer Hi Nicky, thank you for the question. Being a desktop PC, this all-in-one must be connected to a power source. It does not run on battery power like portable PCs (laptops/tablets).

QuestionThe specs say 1 SS USB-C, 1 SS USB-A, & 2 USB 2.0 Type A, but the store model had these in the back and also a SS USB-A with lightning on the side. Does this model have the SS USB-A with lightning on the side, and does it transfer data or just charge?

QuestionBought this machine & love it, but keyboard volume controls stopped working (I can adjust volume using system tray volume slider). I right-clicked "keyboard" in the device manager and clicked "update driver". no change. any ideas?
