• You can talk to HP tech support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-HP-INVENT to see if you can quickly troubleshoot it. If that doesn't work, if you are within the 2 week return window (which may be extended during the pandemic) I would contact Best Buy to return it and swap it for a new one.
