“I bought 2 of these computers and after a couple of months the display resolution went from razor sharp HD to blurry and grainy. An HP rep took control of my computer for 3 hours and couldn't figure it out. Anyone else have this problem?”

I've had this computer for a few months and use it daily for hours. I have not encountered this problem at all.
