“I just started boot up. installed batteries and turned it on. lights verified that the mouse and keyboard were on. computer beeps 3 times twice with two diff tones. Error:Unsupported adapter installed. shuts down. Is this a bad machine? Any work around's?”

• just unplug the power supply, wait for 5 min and then plug in . now the problem is solve.

• Just had this happen to me 3-22-2021. Found the answer is to turn the computer off at the outlet for at least a minute. Then turn on and it will reboot.
