That is a no-answer self serving response HP has videos showing how to do this on other all-in-one models so that shows that your answer is not appropriate I have spoken to the Geek squad and they can’t even tell me with certainty what kind of RAM this PC takes They would not even take the time to lookup the information so how are they going to do the upgrade I have been working on PCs since they were on the market so I know what I am doing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're not sure how to get the back off, by far your best option is to have the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy do the work for you. If you try and open the computer up and damage something, that will not be covered by the warranty.
