I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. I would try this: unplug the system for 1 minute. Plug it in and try to re-start it. If that fails, try holding the power button for 16 seconds. Then release, wait 5 seconds, and try it again. If you are still unable to power the unit on, you should contact HP tech support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-HPINVENT.
