“The BT sound quality for high frequencies is bad (BT headphone and speaker), but normal through AUX. Updated/Reinstalled drivers & windows, but still same problem exist. I've tried w/o B&O software too. What should I do?”

• You may wish to contact HP support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-474-6836. You should also try the Bluetooth headphone and speaker with a different system first to ensure there is not issue with the BT devices.

• The sound drivers on this computer are a joke. They fail and constant reinstalls are required.
