It is not hard to set up this computer. It is just a matter of plugging in the power cord, setting up the keyboard and mouse then turning on the computer. Once you turn on the computer, you will be prompted with instructions to connect to your wireless network and set up your login info. HP does include software called Jump Start to help you with how to get around on Windows 10. For home installation services, I would recommend reaching out to the Geek Squad at Best Buy.
