Will this computer run Fortnite smoothly on anything except the lowest settings in game? I can't imagine it has the graphics capability to do anything except low settings. Or would increasing the ram help the graphics in game get better??? null

This computer will not run smoothly any modern game. Look for something with a real graphics card.

While the Ryzen 5 processor and 12G of memory are beyond sufficient, Fortnite operates best with dedicated graphics to drive the visual data. Upgrading the RAM alone would not be enough of an improvement to play above low settings. We recommend upgrading the graphics as well.
