It'll only work out if the motherboard will support it - unaware of the socket type for your CPU but when you replace a motherboard/processor you're basically replacing the entire computer. The Ryzen it came with is plenty beefy - just max out the RAM and put in a decent SSD to run Windows instead of the current platter drive.
