Burf, thank you for your qustion about this HP Pavilion desktop! BOth of the M.2 slots are occupied right now: One for the SSD and the other for the Wifi-Bluetooth interface. The computer has been tested for up to 2TB of internal storage on the M.2 2280 slot but can accommodate a 3.5" hard drive, bringing you to a theoretical storage capacity of 26TB, 24TB of which goes to the hard drive.
