“I bought this computer at the end of 2023, with the main purpose of my kids being able to play their online games. At the beginning they could play their games just fine. Then one by one, the games freeze up or not start. It's not a game issue. Help”

That question has nothing to do with me, since I purchased this computer, and the Geek Squad rep transferred everything over for me. Everything has been working smoothly, and so much faster than the old one. I am so happy with spending so much less time on my emails, projects, and even my own games in getting from one point to another. So far, I am very pleased, and hoping it doesn't change.
