Is Windows installed on the SSD or HDD? null

I see responses here saying that windows is loaded on the SSD and the drive is labled "C.“ Mine is brand new and in Windows Explorer, the 1Tb drive is clearly C:, and the SSD doesn't appear at all. Disk Management shows the SSD as Unallocated. What am I missing?

Windows installed on the SSD drive.
