“I ordered a new computer and received a used resealed box with tape says: "inspected by bestbuy", Bestbuy started selling more of resealed products lately. Is it used or open box? What accessories go with this?”

ive nevered ordered used , reconditioned , refurbished . pre-owned . there nothing but problems. i dont know what comes in a recondition pc . i always buy new . bestbuy dont sell pretty good refurbished products .well at least not like few years ago . if u want to buy a refurb pc ? id go with tigerdirect .com .ive nevered had issues with them. open box and used is the same thing . open box is someone who purchased and returned it within the 15 day grace period so it is used also . if u perchased new ? and got a used one take it back. if not youll regret it.
