A:AnswerI do not know the answer to your question. However my sincere advice is to NOT buy this computer. It is like a kids toy and cheap bare bones. I think they used tin cans. Probably made in China. The hard drive is NOT big enough. Had I been able to go into the store and talk with someone I might have learned this. Not at all the quality of my former HP computers. A:Answerive nevered ordered used , reconditioned , refurbished . pre-owned . there nothing but problems. i dont know what comes in a recondition pc . i always buy new . bestbuy dont sell pretty good refurbished products .well at least not like few years ago . if u want to buy a refurb pc ? id go with tigerdirect .com .ive nevered had issues with them. open box and used is the same thing . open box is someone who purchased and returned it within the 15 day grace period so it is used also . if u perchased new ? and got a used one take it back. if not youll regret it.
