Please try again later.I believe the item description states that this is a Windows 10 operating system computer, but when I was setting up the computer, it searched for the latest operating system all by itself, and it downloaded the Windows 11 operating system, even though I didn't want it :p ! It looked for the latest operating system and downloaded it on it's own, and it did not give me the option to choose between Windows 10 or Windows 11. I hope that helps.
