• It does not have any built in bluray/dvd drive but it has 3 usb 3.0 ports so you can connect any usb external drive bluray/dvd you want.

• No. I didn't realize that when I purchased it. So I went online and priced an external CD/DVD drive and they are very inexpensive so I just decided to keep the tower.
