Can I hook this computer up to aTV? null

It hooked up via hdmi to my 65 in TV, and works beautifully. I can select whether I want to use the PC speaker (I hooked up some Bose Comanions) or use the hdmi TV speakers. I tried connecting via bluetooth, and and let a bit to be desired.

Yes, it has HDMI out. I have mine sending to a 4k resolution tv/monitor and it works great.
