There is no integrated cellular radio in the device. It would work well with a mobile hotspot. Just get one of those. They're way more convenient and if you have kids in the car with wifi only tablets on a long car trip, it may save your sanity. 

There is a standard USB slot on the side as well so you could plug in a USB cellular adapter. I wouldn't do that though. Get a hotspot or a different device with a cellular radio integrated (think iPad or Android Tablet).

There is no mention of cellular, but you can use one of its USB ports to plug in a hotspot.
