Hi, thank you for bringing this to HP's attention. We apologize for this oversight on Best Buy's listing. In the unlikely event that the Pavilion 11M-AP0013DX laptop fails, HP's standard warranty (under normal use) is one year from the original date of purchase - for parts and labor.
