In short, no. Were u trying to ask if the google sheets app is such a high memory utilizing app, requires the device ur opening the sheets app with (for example: ur cell phone) to have sufficient processing speeds in order to even use the sheets app? A devices ability to load docs and sites quickly/quicker and in general bc of a better/newer processor (ie, an i5 is quicker/better than an i3) has no relevant correlation or impact on one another ..
