• My 11 yr old plays Roblox on it. Not sure how the performance is but i think he doesn't care since he keeps playing and has not complained to me about it.

• This computer has an Intel Pentium N5000 processor which has a speed of 1.1 GHz. and a Max Turbo Speed of 2.7 GHz. Roblox recommends you have a recent processor (2005+) with a clock speed of 1.6 GHz or better. So it's very close to the minimum required, and as a result you might experience some lag. But if you're OK with that, you should have no problem enjoying the game.
